Warehouse Sale Returns:

We do not offer refunds for Warehouse Sale purchases.

If you need to return the item you purchased, the below courier cost terms apply. If we are unable to replace the purchase with a different size or alternate style, then we will provide you with a credit checkout code on your next purchase with us.


A note on returns:

We cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by general wear and tear. We endeavour to use best possible quality fabrics, & manufacture with great care.

Please look after your garments and follow the washing instructions. Remember they are not oil, fire or snag proof! 

Please play fair and do not attempt to return an item that has been compromised outside of our control.


What items are returnable? 

Your garment must be in original condition.

It must be unworn and unwashed.

Original Tags still attached.

With the original invoice or receipt.


Are there any charges for return? 

Should you prefer for Leigh Schubert to arrange collection within SA, it is a charge of R95. We may be able to deduct this from your credit/refund depending on the circumstances which differs from order to order.

Please note that collection fee will NOT be deducted or charged, if the problem in your delivery was caused by an error made by us.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


How do I return? 

You need to notify us of your intent to return within 7 days of receipt of your goods.

Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start.

Then follow the prompts and select the items from your order that you wish to return, with your reasons.

You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines if the return request is approved.

Returned items need to be received at our office within 14 days of the return notification submitted.


How soon will I get my refund? 

If your returned order qualifies for a refund, then it will be processed back onto the same card used to make the purchase via the online Payfast portal.

Refunds may take up to 14 working days to reflect once processed.
