To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.
If you wish to return your purchase, and require us to arrange collection within SA, it is a charge of R69.
Should you want to exchange your item the collection and redelivery fee is R119 once off.
If you are eligible for a refund on your purchase, they are processed via our providers and can take up to 14 working days to reflect into your account.
Please note that this collection fee will ,of course, not be charged, if the problem with your delivery was caused by an error made by us.
All original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns on sale items:
We do not offer refunds on sale items.
We will provide you with a credit gift card to use on your next purchase. The standard courier cost terms apply for all returns, which will be deducted off your credit.
How do I return?
Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click START.
Then follow the prompts and select the items from your order that you wish to return, with your reasons.
You will get a confirmation email (CHECK YOUR JUNK FOLDER) with the shipping waybill & guidelines once the return request is approved. Please ensure parcel is ready and packed at the same delivery address. Please notify us if courier does not arrive within 3 days or you dont receive waybill within 24 hours of your approved request so we can follow up.
Returned items need to be received at our office within 14 days of the return notification.

Your garment must be in original condition, with tags still attached.
You need to notify us of your intention to return within seven days of delivery and the garment needs to be returned to us within 14 days therafter.
Once we receive the item back and it is checked we then process the refund. We cannot do refunds or credit before we receive your item back. We cannot be liaible for any losses or delays that may be incurred due to courier partners.
We dont exchange or refund any stockist or store bought items. Please return to the store you bought it from.
We wont be held responsible for any damage caused by general wear and tear. We endeavour to use best possible quality fabrics, & manufacture with great care.
Please follow the washing and ironing instructions. No claims can be made for snags or colour runs due to mixed wash loads.
Please play fair and do not attempt to return an item that has been worn, or compromised outside of our control.
