Please note this is a guide only, and are not the measurements of the actual garment, which will differ depending on style, fabric and proportion.
All orders are despatched within 24 hrs - excluding weekends and public holidays.
A tracking number will be sent via email once the order is complete and you can track your parcel using the relevant Courier service.
Shipping within South Africa.
Free Economy delivery can take 2 - 6+ business days on all orders over R650.
Express delivery which can take 1 - 3+ business days from R95.
We deliver nationwide using Courier IT, Courier Guy & Dawn Wing courier services.
DHL Worldwide Courier will take 3 - 5 working days. Shipping rates are auto calculated at checkout.
International Taxes and Duties • Recipients are responsible for any local taxes, customs or import duties charged by the receiving company.
• Delivery times are estimates and are dependent on shipping address.
We are not able to deliver to a P.O. Box addresses.
A physical address and a contact number is required for all orders placed.
Should your item not be suitable, or there is a problem with your order, please notify us by emailing: email@example.com, within 7 days of delivery.
We will confirm the details of the return and provide you with the return address. You will be responsible for these courier/shipping costs.
Should you prefer for us to arrange collection, we will deduct R95 from your credit/refund.
Your garment must be returned unworn, with original tags still attached and a copy of the original invoice.
Returns need to be received within 21 days of the return notification email sent from our despatch.
Once we have received the parcel, we will assess that it has been returned as received and a refund will be processed.
Refunds will be done in the same method as that of payment. This may take up to 28 business days to reflect in your account.
Should we receive the garment outside of guidelines, or garment is in any way damaged - we will deduct repair / cleaning / or breach of deadline fees.
Each case will be assessed individually and you will be notified.
We cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by general wear and tear.
We are very proud of our garments, and their value for your money.
We endeavour to use best possible quality fabrics, and manufacture with great care but these are delicate designer items and need to be worn with respect and concern. They are not oil, fire or snag proof!
Please be fair and do not attempt to return an item that has been compromised outside of our control.
