We do not offer refunds on promotion or sale at items.

You will are welcome to exchange, or we will issue a gift card, valid for 12 months to shop again at a later stage.Β 

You have 7 days from date of delivery toΒ log your return. Please ensure that garments are sent unworn, with their tags still attached, in their branded packaging bag.

If you wish to return your purchase, and require us to arrange collection within SA, the courier fee is R99.

For exchanges, to collect and then redeliver the new item, the total courier fee is R199.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please note that all collection fees will, of course, not be charged, if the problem with your delivery was caused by an error made on our end.

Bags are charged at R30 if not returned.

If you are eligible for a refund on your purchase, they are processed via our providers or via EFT.

You can exchange or we will provide you with a credit gift card to use on your next purchase.

How do I return?Β 

Log into your account, view your orders and select the product.

You will get a confirmation email (pleaseΒ check your junk folder) with the shipping waybill & guidelines once the return request is approved. Please ensure your parcel is ready and packed at the same delivery address. Please notify us if the courier does not arrive within 3 days or you don't receive waybill within 48 business hours of your approved request, so we can follow up.Β

We cannot do refunds or credits before we receive your item back.

Please follow the washing and ironing instructions. No claims can be made for general wear & tear, snags or colour runs due to mixed wash loads.Β 

Please play fair and do not attempt to return an item that has been worn, or compromised outside of our control.
